Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate year 1 (PGY1) residency or 3 years of comparable health system pharmacy experience.
• Pennsylvania licensed pharmacist or eligible for licensure within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services in support of organizational goals and objectives.
• Support safe, cost-effective drug therapies to improve patient outcomes.
• May perform duties of a staff pharmacist; work in Internal Medicine or Emergency Department specialty setting.

Education

Pharmacy degree (PharmD)

PGY1 residency or health-system experience

PA pharmacist license or eligible within 60 days
