Qualifications

• Active state pharmacy licensure in good standing.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily pharmacy operations to meet patient needs.
• Develop pharmacy policies and procedures per Joint Commission and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Interpret, compound, and dispense medications according to standards.
