Qualifications

• Active state pharmacy license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited pharmacy program (PharmD).
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures compliant with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through medication management.
• Ensure accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in accordance with legal and professional standards.
