Providence Infusion And Pharmacy Svcs-Tukwila is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to coordinate all clinical activities related to pharmaceutical services at the Tukwila site. The role is onsite, with Monday–Friday schedules, rotating weekends and on-call duties, supporting a mission of patient-focused care.

Required licensure and pharmacy degree are essential, with preferred postgraduate credentials and geriatric residency experience.

• Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
• PharmD, or equivalent education/experience.
• Post-graduate degree in pharmacy preferred.
• Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics is a plus.
• Experience in clinical management, managed care and program development.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm, rotating weekend coverage and on call duties

This position will be working onsite in our Tukwila site.

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for coordinating all clinical agency activities associated with pharmaceutical services and products.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics.
