Job summary

Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to coordinate all clinical agency activities related to pharmaceutical services and products. Located in Spokane Valley, this role supports patient-centered care within Providence’s care teams.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
  • PharmD or post-graduate degree in pharmacy preferred.
  • Completion of a post-graduate residency in geriatrics is a plus.
  • Experience in clinical management, managed care and program development is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all clinical agency activities related to pharmaceutical services and products.
  • Support patient-focused, whole-person care and collaboration with Providence caregivers.
  • Contribute to program development and care improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
