Job summary

RPh on the Go USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Infusion Pharmacist in Leawood, KS to ensure safe, effective management of specialty infusion medications.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and participate in on-call rotation as needed. The role requires a Kansas Pharmacist license and at least three years in specialty/home infusion settings, with strong knowledge of payer requirements and accreditation processes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist License in Kansas is required.
• Strong knowledge of specialty medications and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Minimum of three years experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Infusion Pharmacy, Home Infusion, Retail, Community, Mail-Order, or Hospital Pharmacy preferred.
• Familiarity with specialty therapy payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and contract obligations.
• Certification in Good Clinical Practices (GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with CareTend or similar pharmacy management systems.
• Additional pharmacist licenses in other states are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, clinical appropriateness, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide specialty medication counseling, monitor therapies, and address clinical or patient care concerns.
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing, reimbursement, intake, and pharmacy teams to deliver seamless patient care.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians, supporting training efforts, quality assurance, compliance, and daily pharmacy operations.
• Participate in audits, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives aimed at safety and continuous enhancement.

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Infusion Pharmacist in Leawood, KS. This role involves utilizing your expertise to ensure the safe, effective management of specialty infusion medications while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST
• Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM CST
• Participation in on-call rotation as determined by pharmacy leadership

Key Responsibilities:
