Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and provide drug information to patients and staff.
• Lead efforts to prevent medication errors and adverse drug reactions.
• Collaborate with outpatient and hospital teams to ensure timely medication access.
• Supervise support personnel and verify accuracy of medications before dispensing.
