Job summary

Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support in-patient interdisciplinary care, collaborating with prescribers and mentoring pharmacy staff. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required.
• Current Registered Pharmacist licensure in the State of Maryland required.
• New graduates encouraged; inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and dispensing of medications, perform order verification and computer entry in the pharmacy system.
• Provide clinical consultation to physicians, nurses, and allied professionals on drug selection, dosing and interactions.
• Identify, recommend, resolve, and prevent medication-related problems through direct interventions with prescribers.

Job description

The Clinical Pharmacist at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland works at the center of in-patient interdisciplinary care, collaborating directly with prescribers and mentoring pharmacy support staff within a 483-bed hospital setting that provides a full range of medical, surgical, and specialty services.

Pay Range: $55.25 to $84.75 Based On Experience
