Job summary

UNTWN Uniontown Hospital is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at 500 W Berkeley Street, Uniontown, PA. The role requires completing a residency training program and possessing a current pharmacist license in WV or PA, plus Basic Life Support certification within 60 days of hire.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) and exempt, with an emphasis on professional practice and compliance with state and federal regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

• Must possess current license as required by state board where services will be provided:
  • WV: Pharmacist license through the West Virginia State Board of Pharmacy
  • PA: Pharmacist license through the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy
• Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 60 days of hire date.
• State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy.

EXPERIENCE

• Completion of a residency training program.
• Three (3) years of pharmacist experience.
