Job summary
Providence Centralia Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist I to deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical care and integrated services in collaboration with the healthcare team. A Washington license and BLS are required or in process, with opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications
- PharmD: Doctorate of Pharmacy.
- Bachelor’s degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- Washington Pharmacist License required upon hire.
- BLS certification upon hire where applicable.
- Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License when eligible.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, individualized pharmaceutical care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Offer cost‑effective pharmacy services to optimize patient medication therapy and quality of life.
- Support operational pharmacy services and participate in team care to ensure patient safety.
