Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's High Point Medical Center seeks a Pharmacist, Central Pharmacy, to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients and supervise technicians. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing professional development.

Typical schedule includes 11:00-19:30 or 10:00-18:30, with weekend and holiday rotation, 40 hours weekly at the High Point Campus. A NC pharmacist license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is required.
• Current state pharmacist license in good standing through North Carolina Board of Pharmacy is required.
• Hospital Pharmacy Practice Residency or PGY1 residency is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process medication orders and prescriptions from physicians and nurses.
• Supervise technicians to ensure timely and accurate medication dispensing.
• Deliver pharmaceutical care for optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and maintain compliance with standards.
