Job summary

Mercy in Ardmore, OK is seeking a pharmacist to collaborate with the health care team to provide safe and effective drug therapy and to serve as a drug information resource for pharmacy, nursing, medical staff, and patients.

Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details

Education: Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy.

Licensure: Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• Pharmacists practicing in Missouri must have a Medication Therapy Service Certificate as issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of start date.
