Job summary

Mercy invites pharmacists to join our Rogers, AR team to provide safe and effective drug therapy as part of a collaborative health care environment. You will be a trusted drug information resource for pharmacy, nursing, medical staff, and patients, upholding Mercy Service Standards.

Education and licensure are required with a BS or PharmD from an accredited school and a current pharmacist license. Two+ years of clinical experience and PGY-1 residency are preferred; Missouri MT Service

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current pharmacist license required.
• Two or more years clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency preferred.
• Missouri Medication Therapy Service Certificate within 90 days for Missouri practice (preferred).

Position Details

Education: Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy.

Licensure: Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• Pharmacists practicing in Missouri must have a Medication Therapy Service Certificate as issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of start date.
