Job summary

Pentec Health is seeking a Pharmacist in Gilbert, AZ to perform clinical and operational duties related to sterile preparations and infusion therapies.

The role includes clinical assessments, medication reconciliation, and consultations with healthcare professionals and patients. Licensure in good standing and expertise in sterile compounding per USP 797/800 are required. Travel and on-call rotations may be involved.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of practice.
• Experience in clinical management of infusion therapies.
• Experience with sterile compounding and USP 797/800 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and optimize drug therapy for infusion patients.
• Process prescriptions, compound sterile preparations, and dispense medications.
• Review orders, reconcile medications, and provide clinical consultations to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Maintain documentation and participate in on-call rotations.
