Job summary

The Pentec-Health Gilbert location is seeking a Pharmacist to support clinical and operational duties, including clinical assessments, prescription processing, and sterile compounding for infusion therapies.

You will ensure compliance with USP 797/800, review orders, manage medication reconciliations, and contribute to patient and healthcare professional consultations. Licensure in AZ is required and experience in home infusion is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or PharmD from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• Licensed to practice in the state where the pharmacy is located.
• Experience in home infusion therapy and sterile compounding.
• Excellent communication and HIPAA confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and prescription processing for infusion therapies.
• Supervise sterile compounding and ensure USP 797/800 compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients on drug therapy decisions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain licensure.
