Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or higher.
• Current Michigan licensure or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of employment.
• Health-system or PGY-1 residency preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders and monitor patient therapies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide drug information to providers, patients and health professionals.
• Supervise and direct support personnel in the medication-use process.
