Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications under supervision.
• Process medication orders and enter prescriptions into the system accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and help with ordering and recalls.
• Provide patient education on medication usage, storage, and side effects.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep the pharmacy area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and follow hospital policies.
