Vitruvian Health, serving the northwest Georgia and southeast Tennessee region, seeks a Pharmacist to interpret, prepare, and dispense prescriptions with accuracy, ensuring correct drug, dosage, and therapy. You will disseminate drug information to patients and healthcare staff.
The role requires a Pharm.D. and Tennessee license; hospital experience is preferred. You will collaborate with the Medical Staff and Pharmacy operations to ensure safe and effective medication delivery.

To interpret and prepare and dispense all prescriptions, so that the correct drug in the correct dosages gets to the correct patients for the correct therapy. To disseminate drug information to the patients, physicians, nurses, and other hospital personnel.
Education: Graduate of college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education as evidenced by an active pharmacy license. Licensure: Current license to practice Pharmacy in the State of Tennessee. Experience: Previous hospital experience is desired, but not necessary Skills: Ability to communicate with members of the Medical Staff and Medical Center and apply educational database to carry out job responsibilities in an efficient and proficient manner
