Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD required at hire.
• Doctor of Pharmacy required at hire in AR.
• Pharmacist license in Arkansas (AR) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Document clinical activities and interventions (consults, patient teaching) per policy.
• Interpret prescriptions for interactions and appropriate drug selection; enter and dispense accurately.
• Verify medications prepared by others and ensure safety and accuracy.
• Communicate drug information to patients and health professionals to support outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge base to provide clinical services for all age groups.
