Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Arkansas required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Document clinical activities and interventions such as consults, patient teachings and other patient specific information.
• Interpret medication orders for drug interactions, appropriate drug selection and safety.
• Verify medications prepared by other pharmacy personnel.
• Communicate drug information to patients and health professionals to resolve drug related problems.
• Maintain knowledge base to provide clinical services for all age groups served.
• Maintain working knowledge of automated systems.
