Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with active licensure and ability to practice in the relevant state.

• Familiarity with_inventory and dispensing guidelines, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Check all medications leaving the department for accuracy and QA.
• Dispense medications from physician orders and enter orders accurately into the computer.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals about order specifics, interactions, and dosing questions.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians operating Omnicell and ensure proper dispensing and labeling.
