You will dispense medications, review orders, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technicians to ensure safe, effective therapy across all ages in a busy hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharm.D. (or equivalent) and PA licensure, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and medication safety.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or B.Pharm required.
• Ability to accurately dispense and monitor medications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of laws and standards for drug distribution and security.
• PA RP - Registered Pharmacist upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and dispenses medications for all age groups.
• Evaluates literature to optimize therapy decisions.
• Ensures safe, cost-effective medication use and documents interventions.
• Coordinates activities of pharmacy technicians and supports pharmacists.
• Counsels on medications and provides drug information to staff and patients.
