The selected candidate will perform compounding, evaluate orders, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in clinical programs.

Formación

• Pharm.D. degree and relevant credentials required.
• Experience with medication therapy management and patient counseling.
• Knowledge of clinical guidelines, drug interactions, and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and adjust drug therapy for patients with chronic diseases.
• Dispense medications accurately and ensure safety and compliance.
• Educate patients and coordinate with providers on therapy.
