Qualifications

• Current state Pharmacist license required.

• Postgraduate residency or >3 years hospital experience preferred.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty is a plus.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the pharmacy department to ensure high-quality care.
• Direct 50%+ of professional time to patient care activities and counseling.
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounding and participate in care committees.
• Monitor pharmacotherapy and collaborate with health professionals.
