Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for Critical Care, nights (7 on/7 off). You will coordinate decentralized pharmaceutical care for critically ill patients and support ICU operations with the night team.

Requirements include a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, current or eligible license, and PGY1 or equivalent ICU experience; two years inpatient critical care experience preferred. Sign‑on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation up to $5,000 are available.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Current state licensure as a Pharmacist or eligible for reciprocity within 90 days of hire.
• PGY1 residency or equivalent experience; inpatient/critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide decentralized pharmaceutical care for critically ill patients overnight.
• Verify medication orders and support ICU patients.
• Review high-risk medications and advise on pharmacy consults (e.g. vancomycin dosing).
• Be part of emergency response support and stroke alerts for patients.
