Job summary

Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) seeks a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to oversee the satellite pharmacy’s administrative, clinical and drug distribution operations at CHS in New York. You will ensure safety, QA compliance and adherence to regulations while supporting the medical team and patients in a jail setting.

The role requires NYS license and PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy, with strong clinical competency, computer skills and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• NYS license and registration
• Demonstrated pharmacy competence, computer skills and leadership skills (decision-making ability, problem solving, good communication skills, priority setting and interpersonal relationships).
• Ability to read, write, hear, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities
