Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Float for the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Retail Pharmacy: Downtown. This full-time position requires 40 hours weekly with rotating first shifts between 7am and 7:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from ACPE-accredited school or NABP FPGEC.
• Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity.
• Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification as required by practice area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmaceutical care and evaluate biomedical literature to design therapy regimens.
• Counsel patients and caregivers on medication therapy, adverse effects, compliance, and proper use.
• Review and interpret medication orders, participate in medical emergencies, and support medication safety and quality improvement activities.

Education

Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy (ACPE-accredited)
