Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists. The technician will receive prescriptions, enter data, handle refills, and assist customers with OTC products, under pharmacist supervision.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal program or on-the-job training to gain WA Pharmacy Technician certification.
• Current license from Washington State Board required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive prescriptions and obtain information for profile and insurance billing.
• Enter patient and prescription data into system and print labels.
• Answer phones and process refill authorizations.
• Assist customers with OTC products and cash transactions.
