Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
• Active pharmacist license in a U.S. state or territory or DC.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services.
• Deliver direct patient care across neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and obstetric populations.
• Work rotational shifts including day, evening, weekends, and holidays; supervise professional and support staff.
