Job summary

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is seeking a pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services at the LeChee Clinic near Page, AZ. The role includes direct patient care across all ages, in a site-based clinic with rotating day/evening/weekend/holiday shifts, and opportunities for clinical advancement.

The Advanced Practice pathway includes supervisory responsibilities and program development to deliver high-quality care in accordance with TCRHCC mission

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
Must have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
Must have a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience as a pharmacist.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients.
Direct patient care across neonatal to geriatric populations.
Perform clinical pharmacy services and participate in pharmacy department programs.
Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with TCRHCC policies.
Coordinate with clinic operations to maintain service levels.
