Qualifications

• Current Ohio pharmacist license.
• Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) or eligibility to take exam and achieve it within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Promote evidence-based oncology and supportive medication therapy.
• Review physician orders for correct drug choice and dosages.
• Counsel individuals regarding their drug therapy.
