Job summary

Prolific is seeking Licensed Pharmacists to train and evaluate AI models. As AI expands in healthcare, your pharmaceutical expertise will guide model outputs. If you pass a quick skills test, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a Domain Expert and paid to work on AI tasks.

You will review AI-generated scenarios, rate accuracy and safety, and help improve explanations and dosing rationales. Tasks are flexible, with many requiring about one hour; payments up to $120 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
• Board certification where applicable.
• Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
• Ability to evaluate drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on complex medical data.
• Reliable internet connection, a computer, and a PayPal account to receive payments.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (self-employed).
• Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios and rating them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Comparing multiple model answers and selecting/justifying the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
• Content creation: writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback for model training.
