RADHealth+ is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join their team at the Lower Buckeye Jail Administrative Office in Phoenix, Arizona. This position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and a current Arizona state license, with at least one year of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
The Pharmacist will be responsible for assessing prescriptions, monitoring drug therapy, and collaborating with medical staff. This position involves regular business hours and offers a competitive pay package, including tax-free stipends.
Work Order Commitment (WOC) for 6 months, Schedule (Monday through Friday, Regular Business Hours)
Local Pay: $60-$65/hr
Traveler's Weekly Pay Package (resides more than 50 miles)
Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid: $1,253.00
Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable): $1,447.20
Weekly Gross: $2,700.20

Assesses appropriateness of and completeness of prescriptions and medication orders. Monitors drug therapy by evaluating patient medical history, clinically significant drug interactions, adverse reactions, therapeutic duplications, drug dosage, and compliance with prescription order. Suggestion of appropriate therapeutic interchanges. Evaluation, expansion, and daily management of medication formulary. Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical staff. Informal and formal medication presentations to executive and clinical staff.
