Talented Medical Solutions is looking for a Pharmacist to provide clinical services at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center in Bullhead City, AZ. Responsibilities include medication verification and collaboration with providers in an inpatient setting.

The role requires an active Arizona Pharmacist license and at least 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience. The position involves rotating 7 On / 7 Off shifts and offers a competitive pay rate of $75–$77/hr.

Job Summary

Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital setting, including medication verification, order review, IV admixture oversight, and collaboration with providers to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.

Schedule

• Weekdays: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Thursday)
• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday–Saturday)
• On‑call: Every other weekend (Friday–Sunday coverage)

7 On / 7 Off (Wednesday–Tuesday). Duration: 13 weeks.

Pay Rate: $75 – $77/hr. Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,000 – $3,080 (40 hrs/week).

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy operations
• Comfortable with rotating 7 On / 7 Off schedule
• Experience with IV medication preparation and sterile compounding

Credentials

• Arizona Pharmacist License – Required
• IV Certification / Sterile Compounding Experience – Required
• BLS – Preferred (facility dependent)
