Hartford HealthCare in Hartford, CT is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure optimal drug therapy and educate the pharmacy staff to deliver safe, cost-effective care. Reports to Pharmacy Manager and participates in rounds, councils, and staff training.

The Clinical Pharmacist ensures optimal drug therapy for patients in their clinical specialty area and provides educational activities to the pharmacy staff and other caregivers to insure that patients receive safe and cost effective drug therapy.
