Join the inpatient pharmacy team as a Clinical Pharmacist, responsible for clinical and operational medication management, dosing, monitoring, and oncology/infusion services. Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and oversee technicians, interns, and volunteers for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in departmental meetings and committees to enhance pharmacy operations.
• Serve as a medication therapy resource, offering drug information, staff training, and care transitions.
• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, considering patient condition and therapies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and safety in medication use processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; RPh license; 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience with Medication Therapy Services in MO is required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills necessary.
