TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care and oversight of drug therapy in a busy hospital setting in Kentucky. You will monitor therapies, intervene to optimize outcomes, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure safe medication use.
The ideal candidate will hold a KY Pharmacist license or be eligible, have 1 year of hospital experience or equivalent, and preferably complete a hospital pharmacy residency.

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy through the provision of clinical pharmacy services. The Clinical Pharmacist delivers pharmaceutical care services by monitoring and intervening in therapeutics to provide optimum outcomes in a cost-effective manner. The Clinical Pharmacist fulfills departmental responsibilities within the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of the hospital.
