Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital seeks a dedicated Pharmacist to deliver clinical pharmacy services and education in a hospital setting. The role includes supervising Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students, and performing all duties of a licensed pharmacist to ensure optimal patient medication therapy.

Full-time hours with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend/holiday coverage as required. Requires ACPE-accredited PharmD and Georgia licensure, with 2 years of clinical experience preferred.

• Leadership in clinical pharmacy education and patient care.

Required Hours:

Full time Monday-Friday schedule. 7am-3:30pm and one weekend every 4 weeks and two holiday requirements (one major and one minor)

Responsibilities:

Provides clinical pharmacy services and education. Supervises and monitors all activities of the Pharmacy Residents and Doctor of Pharmacy Students. Performs all duties of a registered Pharmacist, including Patient Focused Care activities throughout the hospital to provide patients with optimal medication therapy.
