You will analyze clinical workflows, lead project teams, deliver status reports, and support sales with insights. Travel up to 60%; strong leadership and analytics required; licensure and a Bachelor’s in clinical healthcare; Lean/CI background preferred.

Qualifications

• Clinical license/credentials with a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Healthcare related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of combined clinical and administrative experience in healthcare.
• Willing to travel up to 60% andLean/Continuous Improvement background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ business requirements within complex healthcare environments to enable operational and clinical objectives.
• Manage customer engagements to drive measurable, sustainable improvements in clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
• Lead project teams and conduct status checks with customers to assess progress against plans and timelines.
• Prepare and present project status reports and assist in sales support interactions.
