Position Overview:
Join a healthcare team dedicated to creating a culture of safety and minimizing patient harm. Reporting to the Director of Risk Management, the Patient Safety Manager oversees systems and processes to improve patient safety, prevent errors, and ensure quality care. Responsibilities include data analysis, safety training, incident investigation, and leading improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare-related field.
  • California Fire and Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire).
  • Five (5) years of Acute Care hospital experience.
  • Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) preferred
  • Two (2) years of patient safety experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $95,908–$151,840.
