Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and communicate patient status to the care team.
• Perform blood draws and venipuncture as directed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Record patient care data along the continuum and report changes.
• Set up IV access and monitor patient during therapy.
• Maintain patient safety and cleanliness of rooms and environment.
• Provide post-mortem care as needed.
• Collaborate with health care team to carry out the plan of care.
