Job summary

Baptist Health seeks a Clinical Partner (CP) to provide basic technical nursing skills under RN supervision. The CP collaborates with the nursing team to deliver safe, patient-centered care, including wound care and other tasks delegated per policy.

Minimum requirements include a CNA or LPN, BLS, and at least 1 year of experience, preferably in Florida acute care facilities. The position offers an hourly pay range of $17.11–$22.24 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA or LPN required.
• 1 year experience preferred, especially in acute care in Florida.
• BLS certification.
• Licenses & Certifications: BLS, CNA, LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical nursing skills under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse.
• Assist with delegated nursing tasks (e.g., wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, Foley catheter) per policy.

Education

High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience.
