Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Clinical Partner who provides basic technical nursing skills under the direction of a registered nurse. The CP collaborates closely with the RN to deliver safe, patient-centered care and may perform delegated tasks such as wound care and Foley catheter management.

Qualifications include CNA or LPN license, BLS certification, and a willingness to complete Florida CNA licensure if not yet held.

Qualifications

• High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper. (as listed)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required or preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required or preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or eligibility

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing tasks under RN supervision.
• Assist with wound care and catheter management.
• Support patient-centered care and collaboration with the RN team.
