Job summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Clinical Partner to support nursing staff in Florida. The CP provides basic nursing skills and delegated tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse, contributing to safe, patient-centered care.

The role includes wound care assistance, discontinuing saline locks or Foley catheters, and close collaboration with RNs. CNA/LPN certification and BLS are required; 2 years in acute care preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Certification, GED, Training or Experience required.
• CNA or LPN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 2 years of experience in an acute care facility in Florida preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under RN supervision.
• Assist with wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter.
• Collaborate with the RN to provide safe, patient-centered care.
