Baptist Health in Miami is seeking a Clinical Partner to provide basic technical nursing skills under the supervision of a registered nurse. The CP performs delegated tasks such as wound care and discontinuing a saline lock, working closely with the RN to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; CNA or LPN required. Sign-On Bonus available with experience. 18.15–23.60 USD per hour; Florida licensure and BLS are expected.

Qualificações

• CP provides basic technical nursing skills under RN supervision.
• Tasks include wound care and discontinuing saline locks or Foley catheters.
• Must meet Florida Nurse Practice Act requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with RN to provide safe, patient-centered care.
• Assist with delegated nursing tasks and assess interventions.
• Perform selected activities that cannot be delegated to UAP.
