Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Clinical Partner (CNA/LPN) to join the nursing team. You will perform basic nursing tasks under the direction of a registered nurse, support patient care, and help maintain safe, high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑paced hospital setting.

The role requires current CNA or LPN licensure, a minimum of one year of experience preferred, and a willingness to obtain Florida CNA licensure if needed.

Qualifications

• CNA or LPN license required.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Clinical experience in acute care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing skills under the direction of an RN.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned RN to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
• Examples of tasks that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel: assessment and evaluation of care impact.
