Job summary

Lake Charles Memorial Health System seeks a Coordinator of Clinical Outcomes to support the organization's Performance Improvement Program and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with nursing leaders and physicians to analyze data, report on outcomes, and drive quality initiatives across the hospital.

This role requires BSN, RN licensure in Louisiana, and experience in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Masters preferred.
• -Louisiana RN license (or multi-state compact) required.
• CPHQ certification preferred; CPR certification.
• 5 years RN experience; 2 years acute inpatient specialty experience.
• 2 years experience in quality role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates data collection, analysis, and submission activities for regulatory compliance and quality reporting programs.
• Oversee/supervise Core Measure Reporting.
• Supervise Core Measure Abstracters.
• Assist with quality and performance improvement efforts across the organization.
• Support accreditation, regulatory survey readiness, and quality improvement projects.

Education

BSN required

Master’s degree preferred

Louisiana RN license (or multi-state compact)

CPHQ certification preferred

CPR certification

5 years RN experience

2 years acute inpatient specialty experience

2 years experience in quality role preferred
