Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team and provide high-quality, patient-centered OT services across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role aims to restore functional independence and daily living skills through evidence-based interventions.

The OT collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, rotates through hospital units, ambulatory clinics, long-term care, and community settings to assess needs and develop

Qualifications

• NBCOT- or AOTA-accredited OT program graduate.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Licensed or license-eligible as an OT in Georgia; licensure required to start.
• Minimum of three years of clinical OT experience.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise through experience and/or certifications.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Rotate through hospital units, ambulatory clinics, long-term care, and community settings.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to restore independence in daily activities.

3+ years clinical OT experience
