Susquehanna Health and Wellness Center is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role with PRN availability. The OT will screen residents, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise support staff and collaborate with other disciplines to meet patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid, unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in the state.
• Experience in rehabilitative/restorative therapy principles is required or sought.

Responsibilities

• Screen, examine and evaluate residents to establish diagnosis and plan care.
• Develop treatment goals with residents and caregivers and document care.
• Supervise assistants and students per licensure; participate in care conferences.
