Concept Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services. You will treat patients, communicate progress to families and the health team, and participate in plan-of-care meetings while maintaining accurate documentation.

You will collaborate with therapists, nursing staff and facilities to implement restorative programs, meet productivity standards, and contribute to a positive company culture rooted

Formación

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are provided as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Strong communication with patients, families and staff.
• Ability to participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Treat patients according to the plan of care under the supervision of the Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Communicate patient progress and plans to the team and families.
• Participate in Plan of Care Meetings and in-service trainings.
• Record treatment notes and billing per policy.
• Instruct families and nursing staff on maintenance programs.
• Support discharge planning and therapy program goals.
• Promote professional, ethical patient care and documentation.
